President & Vice-Chancellor
The President and Vice-Chancellor provides overall leadership to the university. It’s their responsibility to fulfill the university’s vision and mission. The president directs the operation of the university, including its academic work, business affairs and alumni relations. They also oversee government relations and engagement with the broader community.
Vice-President Indigenous
The Vice-President Indigenous provides leadership and direction that furthers UVic's commitment to truth, respect and reconciliation as identified in our Strategic Plan and the Indigenous Plan.
Vice-President Academic & Provost
The Vice-President Academic and Provost (VPAC) is the primary contact for faculty and librarian relations. The VPAC office supports career development for faculty, librarians and academic leaders.
